  • Tuition is not based on a single class or by the month.  It is a YEARLY fee covering the academic school year, August through May.
  • All holidays and vacations have been accounted for, ensuring that each class receives a minimum of 35 lessons between August and May. All accounts may be charged ½ months tuition for June, depending on the exact dates of the annual performance.
  • Payment plans for tuition, payable to DANCE EXPRESSIONS are as follows:
    • MONTHLY payments are due the 1st of each month--August through May.
    • QUARTERLY payments are due Sept. 1st, December 1st and March 1st. Any quarterly payment received after the 10th of the month will automatically convert to the monthly plan.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
    • YEARLY payment is due on or before the first week of class.
  • Payment Plans begin September 1.  First months tuition is due at time of registration.
  • A late fee of $15.00 will be assessed to any payment received after the 10th, regardless of the date on check or postmark on envelope.  NOTE: Payment is due the first of each month.

  • No refunds will be made for students who do not complete classes. Make-up lessons should be taken within 30 days of the missed class.  No make-up lessons during Parent Watch Week, please!
  • Regular season classes run from August thru May, and we encourage all students to make a commitment and follow through with their study for the entire dance year.  However, should withdrawal from a class become necessary, you must notify the office in writing so we may keep our staff informed.  Until such notification, the space will be held for the student and charges invoiced to the account.
  • A minimum of 5 students in a class is required.  If the minimum is not met and the studio cancels a class, students will be rescheduled.
  • Students with outstanding accounts will not be permitted to class.
  • No student will be allowed to perform in the Spring Performance if tuition is delinquent, or if costume balance has not been paid.
